Please keep in mind made to order candles can take up to 2 weeks to ship out as the wax needs to cure for a minimum of 7 days.

When ordering candles please bring packages inside ASAP. During
the summer months we will be shipping candles in thermal sleeves for
added protection from the heat but this will not keep them safe if they
have sat out in the heat/sun for hours. We are NOT responsible nor will
we be offering refunds for candles that have melted due to sitting
outdoors.

  • Shipping will be selected at check-out. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information for your order by email. Please allow for up to 48 hours for handling all shipment orders.

  • Pick-up orders will be ready 48 hours after your order has been placed. Please collect your items during our store hours. We will hold your items for 7 days once they're ready. If you need more time or have any questions, just let us know. We're happy to assist.
